When scheduling an appointment we require a credit card number to hold all appointment reservations.
Please note that once an appointment is booked--unless we hear otherwise--we'll expect you to be there. 'Skipped' appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held. We ask that you leave your valuables at home we are not responsible for lost items.
We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made within 48 hours of notice. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled treatment (not to exceed $100). Non-cancellations or “NO-Shows” will be charged the full amount of the original service booked.
Discount Vouchers and Prepaid Packages
All vouchers must be used before the expiration date. Cancellation or changes are accepted with 48 hours of notice.
Late cancellations or No-Shows are subject to a $50 fee per service or forfeiture of the purchased voucher. Expired vouchers will be honored for the purchased amount.
Form of payments accepted
As payment for spa services or retail products,we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express(R), Discover and Cash.
Sorry, but we do not accept personal Checks, PayPal or Venmo as form of payments.
Cash Gratuity Preferred
We would like to extent our appreciation and gratitude for any and all tips received. As a friendly reminder, please note cash tips are preferred on all services rendered. We cannot process tips on credit cards after packages and discounted vouchers are purchased.
